How do I update my billing email?

Reach out to [email protected] asking to update your billing email with your current billing email and your updated billing email.

How do I update my payment method?

If you're on a self-serve (PAYG) plan, then you can update your payment method directly in the dashboard under billing.

What happens when my balance drops below $0?

When your balance drops below $0, all bots or DSDK recordings which are actively recording calls will still record the meeting to completion but you will not be able to deploy any new bots or create any new DSDK uploads. There should be no data loss as long as the bot or DSDK is actively recording calls at the time you hit $0.

You can configure auto-top-up feature that prevents your balance from going below $0.
