Why is my bot unable to join a specific user's/organization's meetings?
Check if the user has added your bot's domain to the list of blocked email domains for either internal or external meetings. You can find this setting under Webex Control Hub > Services > Meeting > Settings > Meetings (card)
Webex labels bot domains as appid.ciscopark.com
so the admin will need to remove this domain
