Regions and Base URLs
Recall is available in a USA hosted region (North Virginia), a EU hosted region (Frankfurt), and Asia (Tokyo).
They are completely separate deployments of Recall, therefore your login and API credentials will be different for each region. Additionally, all API resources are region-local and must be accessed from the same region in which they were created.
The base API URLs for active regions are as follows:

For example, if you logged into the us-west-2 dashboard and want to query the us-west-2 api, then you will be making requests to https://us-west-2.recall.ai/api/...
Monthly plan customers can contact the Recall team via Slack to access new regions.
api.recall.aiis equivalent tous-east-1.recall.ai.If you are using api.recall.ai, it will continue to work for the
US (Monthly plan)region.

How can I get access to the other regions like eu-central-1 (Europe) or ap-northeast-1 (Asia Pacific)?
eu-central-1 (Europe) or ap-northeast-1 (Asia Pacific)?Other Recall.ai regions such as EU and APAC are available on the Launch tier or above. The Pay-as-you-go plan only supports the us-west-2 (Oregon) region.
To get access to another Recall.ai region:
- If you're already on the Launch tier or above, simply reach out in our shared slack channel.
- If you're currently on the Pay-as-you-go plan and would like to upgrade to access another region, please fill out this form and we'll get back to you shortly.
