White Labelling the Zoom Bot
For both the Web and Native Zoom bots, meeting participants will be able to see information on the bot in the Apps Accessing Content In This Meeting
dialog. A screenshot of where you can find this is included below:
As you can see, the app currently shows as Recall.ai. You may want to white label this. To do this, you can add your own credentials to the Zoom bot.
White labelling the Zoom Bot
- Go to https://marketplace.zoom.us/develop/create
- Click the "Create" button underneath the Meeting SDK app category
- Fill in an app name. This app name will be displayed in the Zoom in-meeting
Apps Accessing Content In This Meeting
dialog. This can be changed later.
- Fill in all required fields.
- Copy the API Key and API Secret values
- Go to https://us-east-1.recall.ai/dashboard/platforms/zoom and paste the Key and Secret in the corresponding fields. Click "Create Configuration"
Now, when your Zoom Web bot joins a meeting, your app name will be displayed in the Zoom in-meeting Apps Accessing Content In This Meeting
dialog.
