This endpoint is rate limited to:
- 5 requests per min per bot
This is endpoint is asynchronous
This endpoint should only be used on bots that have valid recordings (
video_url).As a best practice, call this endpoint after receiving a
donestatus event for a bot.

Notice on Transcription Options
